PLASTERING - 4 DAY DRY-LINING & SKIMMING COURSE

This dry-lining and skimming course is suitable for anyone regardless of previous experience. You may want to learn the Dry-Lining and Skimming trade as a new business venture or purely to work on your own property.

Our 4 Day dry lining and skimming course is specially geared towards ensuring a great understanding of dry lining, using various types of board found in everyday jobs private or commercial, scrim tape and beading, using various plasters, different types of repairs and our unique step for step plastering program that is guaranteed. On completion of this course you will have gained the confidence and technique to achieve a first class finish to a wall or ceiling.

The DRY-LINING & SKIMMING Course start at 9.30am until 3.30pm every Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. This courses costs £275.00, which includes a FREE tool kit.

You will be trained in the use of all tools required for plaster-boarding and skimming. You will be taught how to mix your own plaster to the required consistency; you will learn the methods procedures and techniques for skimming to an excellent finish.

	Dry-lining using 'dot and dab' techniques
	Preparing walls and reskimming over previously plastered walls
	Using finishing plasters to a high quality finish

ALL COURSES MUST BE PAID TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE START DATE OF THE COURSE. AN INITIAL DEPOSIT OF £100 RESERVES A PLACE. PLACES CANNOT BE RESERVED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT HAVING BEEN PAID. PLEASE MAKE CHEQUES OR POSTAL ORDERS PAYABLE TO LYT TRAINING.
